Lead complex civil and criminal litigation, represent clients in the High Court and district courts, and mentor junior counsel. Strong courtroom presence and proven track record required.
Handle corporate advisory, draft and review contracts, manage litigation files, and assist senior counsel on complex matters. Strong research and drafting skills essential.
Support senior attorneys across practice areas, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and legal notices, and gain broad exposure to diverse legal work.
Handle digital fraud, data-breach investigations, and cyber-offence prosecutions. Forensic acumen and familiarity with the IT Act and DPDP Act essential.
